Hello my name is Francesca I am the proud owner of Frannys_beauty_Lounge I have been in the beauty industry for about 7 years. I started out by doing make up application on family and friends. As my skills and portfolio grew I moved onto doing freelance make up for special occasions. I’ve had the pleasure of doing makeup for quinceañeras, sweet 16, bridal make up bridesmaids, mother of brides, and halloween makeup. About a year ago I decided to finally make the leap that I have always wanted and I added lash Extensions and Eyebrow lamination to my business. I don’t plan on stopping there! Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy:
A $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be sent to confirm appointments. I strongly suggest pre-booking your next appointments before leaving the spa to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed.
Deposit Policy:
A $25 NON - refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to transfer your deposit as long as you reschedule BEFORE 48 hours from the initial appointment. A new deposit will be required
Late Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment I ask that you text me to let me know, otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are more than 10minutes late, I reserve the right to reschedule/ cancel your appointment. Please keep in mind I will always try my best to accommodate your session.
Cancellation Policy:
Here at Franny’s Beauty Lounge I understand unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give me 48 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. In the event that a 48 hours notice is not given I reserve the right to request a 50% deposit before booking in the future.
No Show Policy:
In the event of a no show, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for future appointments. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless the service is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds!
New Guest Policy:
All new clients must arrive 5/10 minutes prior to their appointment so that they can fill out paperwork, discuss lash styles, and discuss possible allergies. Please note, if you wear contacts you MUST remove them before your appointment. If you are unable to remove them, we will have to reschedule. You will still be charged for the appointment.
Age Policy:
Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive service. Minors under 18 MUST be accompanied by a guardian to fill out consent forms.
Makeup Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before
arriving at your lash session. Eyes must be clean. Lashes must be makeup, oil and lash adhesive free upon arrival otherwise, I will have to charge a $20 makeup removal fee. The time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still have to pay full price. Please understand that if your lashes are not clean it can affect your lash retention and there will be no refunds.
Extra Guest Policy:
For safety reasons extra guest and children are not allowed at your appointments. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration so, I ask that there are no distractions during your appointment.
Cell Phone Policy:
I ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the beauty room. If you are receiving a lash session I ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that I am using tweezers, adhesive, and other items near the delicate eye area. This also takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
Lash Fill Policies:
If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. I must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.
Foreign Fill Policies:
I kindly require all of my clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to book a consultation FIRST before booking a fill appointment. I must first assess the work to be sure I can work over it. If we cannot work over the existing work, I will recommend a removal and full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, I recommend booking a full set to ensure I have enough time with you.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds on any service are not offered. HOWEVER if you get your lashes done and are experiencing extreme lash fall out within 48 hours after your initial appointment we will fill at no cost. Clear Photos of your lash fall out are required to be sent to me. I offer nail repair free of charge with in 48 hour time frame of initial nail service if the acrylic breaks and if the natural nail is able withstand acrylic repair.
